Chris Stagg: Networking & Outreach Manager

Chris is a writer, radio presenter and podcast host from Essex, whose love of horror began at an early age. He has published articles on many subjects across music, theatre and film and his stage plays have featured in several festivals. Chris is also published in poetry and short stories and is the writer / director of 2024 short film The Lonely.

He has presented a number of radio shows and also works on several podcasts including the arts show Words & Sound, the paranormal podcast EVP (with Kara Jordan) and is the co presenter of Things That Go Bump In The Night – a weekly horror podcast for The Black Sunday Tapes with film maker Scott Lyus.

Chris is passionate about supporting the arts and horror community including running a writers group, and has a personal interest in folk horror, paranormal, gothic and the occult and often consults on these areas.
